Qualifications

• 5+ years troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic & electrical systems on heavy machinery and trucks.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing various systems on equipment and vehicles.
• Executing preventive maintenance on schedule to ensure equipment reliability.
• Leading safety procedures and operational leadership in the shop.

Skills

Repairing Diesel/gas engines

Hydraulic schematic fluency

Electrical diagnostics

Light welding/fabrication

Comfortable with torque-management apps

Education

High school diploma or GED

Vocational diesel/heavy-equipment training

Class A CDL

ASE Heavy Truck or Master Tech certs
