Job summary

Global Medical Response is immediately hiring a Mechanic Intermediate for full-time maintenance of our fleet across multiple locations within the AMR family. You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, respond to field breakdowns, and document work in our maintenance system to ensure safety and timely service for patients.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, 2 years of relevant experience, and ASE/MACS certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2 years verifiable line mechanic or helper experience.
• 2 ASE Certifications (Truck or Automotive).
• MACS AC Certification or equivalent ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs per policies and procedures.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns in the field when requested.
• Use parts system to locate parts and verify correct application.
• Document all completed tasks in the maintenance database.
• Complete service paperwork and comply with information security standards.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and team members via appropriate communication methods.
