Job summary

American Medical Response in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Ground Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) to oversee the maintenance and safety of our fleet across multiple locations. You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, respond to vehicle breakdowns, and document tasks in the maintenance database.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, 2 years of mechanic experience, and ASE certifications (Truck or Automotive).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years verifiable mechanic experience.
• 2 ASE Certifications (Truck or Automotive), Brake/Steering/Suspension preferred.
• MACS AC Certification or equivalent ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical and electrical repairs per policies.
• Responds to vehicle breakdowns in the field when requested.
• Assists other mechanics as needed.
• Operates company vehicles per policy and safety practices.
• Completes paperwork neatly and on time.
• Uses maintenance database to log tasks.
• Attends mandatory Fleet training.
• Performs other duties as assigned by foreman or lead mechanic.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
