Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair electric and gas-powered fleet equipment across multiple facilities in the Phoenix area.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure readiness of carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment, while coordinating downtime with internal teams and supporting events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience maintaining and repairing electric carts, golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts or related equipment preferred.
• Experience with battery diagnostics, charging systems, and electrical troubleshooting preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Forklift and aerial lift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and operational support for fleet and mobile equipment across multiple facilities.
• Maintain and repair electric carts, golf carts, utility vehicles, and small motorized equipment to ensure reliability and readiness.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, charging, steering, braking, suspension, and drive system issues.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to schedule equipment downtime and minimize operational impacts.
• Support event operations by ensuring fleet and equipment readiness before, during, and after events.
