Job summary

NPK International inc. is seeking a Heavy Truck and Equipment Mechanic to maintain our fleet of trucks and related equipment at our Warrington, PA facility.

Under general supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and diagnostics, welding and refurbishing as needed, with emphasis on safety and reliability. The role requires the ability to inspect, diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, enter work orders on a tablet, and prioritize tasks while adhering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or certifcation preferred.
• 1 year experience in mechanical operating procedures.
• Mechanic certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual Pennsylvania safety inspections on the fleet.
• Repair and maintain the fleet of trucks and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Enter work orders on a tablet-based platform.
• Adhere to safety rules and prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
