North Sky Communications, LLC in Fremont, CA seeks a Fleet Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles. You will use advanced diagnostic tools and hands-on craftsmanship to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1+ year as a mechanic.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Master Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-On Craftsmanship: Dismantle, repair, and rebuild fleet vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Proactive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and provide strategic recommendations to prevent downtime.
• Smart Fleet Strategy: Evaluate vehicle condition using cost/benefit analysis to determine smart repair and maintenance plans.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while performing test drives and operating machinery to ensure strict compliance and peak performance.
• Other duties as assigned
