Job summary

Loomis US seeks a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician for shifts 4pm–12am at our Charlotte, NC location. You will service and repair a range of fleet vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

Qualifications

5+ years of fleet maintenance experience, preferably in dealerships.
Valid driver's license (Class C or better) and ability to operate auto and manual transmissions (2,000–50,000 lbs).
Must meet FMCSA 391 qualifications for Safety Regulations.
DOT brake and annual inspection certifications (1 year experience or training).

Responsibilities

Service and repair of all fleet vehicles.
Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil changes, belts, hoses, brakes, bearings, tires).
Diagnose and repair mechanical, engine and electrical issues on all sizes.
Test drive and transfer vehicles for parts delivery.
Inventory and order parts as needed.
