Trawick Construction Company, LLC is seeking a Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles and equipment. You will diagnose issues, determine cost-effective maintenance plans, and ensure every vehicle operates safely and efficiently in compliance with company standards.

You will follow established repair procedures, dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment, perform routine services, keep a clean workspace, and contribute to a safety-first culture.

Formación

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Mechanics may provide their own standard tools; shop supplies large tools as needed.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a mechanic (fleet vehicles or commercial equipment).
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Determine repair or maintenance plans for vehicles and equipment based on cost/benefit analysis.
• Conduct diagnostics to troubleshoot failures in vehicles and equipment.
• Inspect and provide strategic maintenance recommendations.
• Follow repair and maintenance procedures for vehicles and equipment.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment (trackhoes, backhoes, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and fueled at all times.
• Operate and test vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
