Job summary

PBNA seeks a Fleet Mechanic to ensure fleet reliability and support safety for PepsiCo’s largest North American fleet. You will perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence, using advanced diagnostics and tech tools.

You will work on a range of equipment including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts, while documenting work and maintaining vehicle records. Safety and continuous learning are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence performing PMs and repairs.
• Utilize leading edge technology and programs including PM using voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more.
• Leverage and grow skills on Pepsi's diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans and forklifts.
• Diagnose vehicle issues, disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle software systems (work orders, records, part reconciliation, pre-trip checklists).
• Support Pepsi's safety culture by following all safety standards and procedures.
