Overview

Compensation: $33 to $38 per hour, based on experience

Location: Spanaway, WA

Shift: Flexible

SIGN ON BONUS: $3,000

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fleet vehicles within assigned Primo Water locations.
• Respond to field service calls.
• Order mechanical components and maintain inventory.
• Document all vehicle maintenance and repair activities, including diagnostics.
• Communicate with drivers and management regarding vehicle maintenance and service.
• Maintain a unit history file for each vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience with diesel/propane vehicles, air brake systems, preferably with heavy-duty vehicles.
• Experience with engine and chassis diagnostic software.
• Commitment to safe work practices and high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Accurately record and document maintenance activities.
• Proficiency with fleet management software for tracking, work orders, and inventory.
• Knowledge of Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) and US DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift parts and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Own set of personal tools.
• Ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements.
• CDL preferred; ability to obtain within six months; may be required in some locations.
