Quality Talent Group seeks a maintenance specialist to keep a mobile equipment fleet ready and perform routine repairs on diesel and gasoline engines.

You will diagnose issues, plan maintenance, and ensure safety protocols are followed while coordinating with teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Associate's/Technical degree in maintenance, automotive or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on diesel engine and equipment experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint for maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mobile equipment fleet in ready state.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Perform repair and maintenance on diesel and gasoline engines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
• Schedule maintenance for industrial machines and equipment.
