Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Manager of MAST & Maintenance Governance to drive fleet-wide maintenance governance, data integrity, and audit readiness. You will coordinate with shipboard engineers, IT, supply chain, and external authorities to standardize maintenance processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead data validation, governance improvements, and KPI reporting, enabling reliable maintenance execution across the fleet and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Lead governance of PMS and MAST across the fleet.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders.
• Guide change management and standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Validate PMS data before vessel migration to MAST.
• Monitor KPIs for maintenance compliance and backlog health.
• Coordinate resources and priorities across fleets.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Lead governance reviews for Class survey alignment.
• Provide leadership with performance insights and risks.
