Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Manager, MAST & Maintenance Governance to drive fleet-wide maintenance governance, ensuring data integrity, standardized processes, and regulatory compliance. You will align shipboard engineering with corporate MAST, IT, and external authorities while transitioning legacy systems to AMOS/AMA readiness and audit-ready governance.

You will lead data validation, KPI monitoring, change control, and resolution of systemic issues, partnering across fleets and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or project management certification preferred.
• Knowledge of MAST, AMOS/AMA, MRD1001, and class/flag expectations.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance and change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet-wide PMS/MAST governance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders and authorities.
• Monitor KPIs on maintenance compliance, defects, and backlog health.
• Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
