Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc in South Florida is seeking a Director, Destination Technical Lifecycle Management to drive the strategy, lifecycle and maintenance of marine and land-based assets across private destinations. You will lead tendering, maintenance planning, and asset governance with key partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, maritime operations or asset management.
• Proven ability to improve asset uptime, reduce downtime and incidents.
• Experience developing tools, plans and cross-enterprise relationships.
• Able to secure resources and communicate with leadership for fleet maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender and technical asset operations for private destinations.
• Develop maintenance strategies and planned maintenance systems (PMS).
• Lead adoption of asset strategy across private destinations.
• Collaborate with corporate and brand stakeholders; manage KPIs.
• Oversee maintenance activities and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and budget accountability.
