WM is seeking a senior fleet maintenance leader to manage the full fleet and maintenance activities across the assigned area. You will drive profitability through cost control, staffing, training, and ensuring high safety standards while coordinating with maintenance managers.
The role requires about 7–10 days per month of travel and a strong focus on performance, budgets, and preventive maintenance programs to sustain reliable operations.

Manages the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment, and continually focuses on achieving market base profitability through effective management of all fleet and maintenance activities within the assigned area, including cost control, management development, and high training and safety standards.
