Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the utility or construction fleet management field.
Proven ability to oversee vehicle and heavy equipment procurement, maintenance and logistics.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills are required.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic budgeting.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Oversee vehicle and heavy equipment acquisition and maintenance.
Coordinate procurement, maintenance, transportation, and utilization of equipment.
Develop and manage an annual overhead and equipment budget.
Coordinate equipment mobilization/demobilization and ensure fleet utilization.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers; ensure DOT compliance.
