You will lead customer engagements, manage contracts, and coordinate with Caterpillar, Dealers, and end-user teams to deliver on commitments at each site. This role requires deep knowledge of equipment management, production optimization, safety, sustainability, and financial performance, with travel up to 50% and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Field experience supporting large mobile equipment and machinery.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of equipment applications, maintenance and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and provide matrix leadership for contract execution.
• Align Caterpillar, Dealers, and end-user personnel on commitments.
• Direct day-to-day activity with Dealer personnel at each site.
• Ensure delivery on all contractual commitments using Caterpillar and Dealer capabilities.
• Provide a clear vision for success and drive execution in equipment management, production optimization, safety, sustainability, and finance.
• Apply solutions in a customer-facing environment.
• Collaborate with Product Groups and internal units to understand equipment capabilities.
• Create new value-added capabilities to improve site operations and profitability.
