Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical per DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safety‑Focused Operations: follow routes and schedules with safety protocols.
• Passenger Care: assist passengers and ensure smooth boarding and rides.
• Vehicle Vigilance: perform pre/post trip inspections and report issues.
• Adherence to Protocols: enforce seat belts and comply with regulations.
• Other duties as required.
