Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager in Denver, CO to oversee the full lifecycle of company vehicles, from acquisition to retirement, and to ensure regulatory compliance and optimized utilization.

The role requires strong Excel, data analysis, and project management skills, with experience in Samsara or similar fleet technologies. You will develop best practices, support legal/tax strategies, and partner with FP&A to optimize utilization and cost performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation, asset management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IRP, vehicle registration, titling, licensing, and fleet compliance.
  • Experience managing the full vehicle lifecycle, from acquisition through retirement.
  • Strong Excel, data analysis, reporting, and KPI experience.
  • Experience with fleet technology such as Samsara, telematics, GPS, cameras, or tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement fleet processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
  • Willingness to travel to company locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full fleet lifecycle, including acquisitions, deployments, transfers, sales, and retirements.
  • Oversee IRP, registration, titling, licensing, and fleet compliance.
  • Maintain accurate fleet inventory, vehicle records, documentation, and the master fleet database.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, equipment installations, and fleet technology deployments.
  • Develop and track fleet KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Partner with FP&A to analyze fleet utilization, costs, downtime, asset performance, and replacement cycles.
  • Develop and implement standardized fleet processes and best practices.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Finance, Procurement, and IT to improve fleet performance.
  • Support legal and tax strategies related to fleet assets as needed.
  • Serve as the fleet subject matter expert for compliance, administration, technology, and reporting.
