Qualifications

Job description

Our client is seeking a Content & Brand Manager to lead brand voice execution, content strategy, storytelling, and reputation management across a growing organization. This role will ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all customer-facing channels while helping build trust through strong content, authentic storytelling, and responsive brand management.

Reporting to senior marketing leadership, the Content & Brand Manager will serve as the steward of brand voice, tone, and content consistency while partnering closely with sales, operations, human resources, and marketing teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Maintain and execute a consistent brand voice across all business units and channels
  • Ensure alignment across website content, social media, customer communications, recruiting materials, and sales collateral
  • Develop messaging frameworks, templates, and content standards
  • Support ongoing brand consistency initiatives

Content Strategy & Storytelling

  • Lead content planning, development, and publishing efforts
  • Create compelling stories that highlight operational excellence, customer success, employee experiences, and industry expertise
  • Develop and manage:
  • Website content and landing pages
  • Case studies and success stories
  • Service and product narratives
  • Internal and external communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and promote meaningful stories
  • Monitor online reputation and customer feedback channels
  • Manage review responses and reputation-related communications
  • Support social listening and issue escalation processes
  • Maintain consistent messaging and response frameworks
  • Partner with leadership on proactive communications planning

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Support sales teams with customer-facing content and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging across campaigns
  • Partner with operations and HR teams on employer branding and recruiting initiatives
  • Ensure content accurately reflects business operations and customer experiences

Content Operations & Workflow Management

  • Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Organize digital assets and content libraries
  • Conduct periodic brand audits to ensure consistency
  • Develop scalable processes, templates, and documentation
  • Manage content production workflows and project timelines
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing team members as needed
  • Coordinate content creation, publishing, and brand execution efforts
  • Help establish efficient systems and processes that improve team productivity

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand management, communications, or related fields
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel content strategies and workflows
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholder groups

Preferred

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, industrial services, or other service-based industries
  • Experience supporting multi-brand organizations
  • Background working closely with operational or field-based teams
  • Base salary $100K – $125K based on experience
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on experience
