Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), part of PepsiCo, seeks a Fleet Mechanic in Toledo, OH. You’ll perform PMs and repairs on a broad fleet—cars, trucks, vans, forklifts—using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostics to ensure reliability.

The role emphasizes independent work with coaching as needed, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Minimum requirements include hands-on mechanic skills, safety focus, and ability to pass a forklift test where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have basic tools and ability to lift and move parts.
• Experience with gas and diesel repair and hydraulic/air brake systems.
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines and preventative maintenance.
• Proficient with diagnostic tech and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Work with minimal supervision performing PMs and repairs.
• Use advanced tech and programs for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Work on diverse fleet including cars, trucks, vans, forklifts.
• Diagnose failures, disassemble/repair components, reassemble as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Answer service calls and support safety initiatives.
