Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large North American fleet and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.

You will work with leading-edge tools and diagnostics, including Noregon, Mitchell 1, Uptake, TAAS, and INFOR, in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. PBNA offers comprehensive benefits, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools; diagnostic gear provided by the employer.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of gas and diesel repair.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines.
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence
• Use Noregon diagnostics, Mitchell 1, Uptake and related tools
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet (cars, trucks, vans, forklifts)
• Diagnose failures and disassemble/repair components as needed
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists
• Answer service calls
• Be part of one of the largest fleets in North America
