Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, inspect, and repair fleet vehicles while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

You will diagnose vehicle issues, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate findings clearly to teammates and customers. The role requires adapting to diverse weather conditions and collaborating with the Lead Mechanic and Manager while maintaining a clean, organized shop.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school certificate preferred.
• ASE Certifications or plan to excel in the automotive field.
• Section 609 Certification not required but must be obtained within first year for HVAC repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair fleet vehicles to OEM standards.
• Communicate technical findings and repairs clearly to team members and customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety standards and company policies; work with Lead Mechanic and Manager to address vehicle concerns.
