Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) seeks a Fleet Mechanic to ensure the reliability of our large North American fleet. You will perform PMs and repairs with minimal supervision while using leading-edge tooling and diagnostics.

The role emphasizes working on diverse equipment including autos, light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts, with comprehensive benefits and on-going training. Strong diagnostic and repair skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Authoritative knowledge of gas and diesel repair.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on diverse fleets.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Noregon and Mitchell 1.
• Proficiency with infor and vehicle data systems.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to perform PMs and repairs on a diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans and forklifts.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology and programs for PMs including voice-driven tasks, Noregon diagnostics, Mitchell 1, Uptake, TAAS, and more.
• Diagnose failures, disassemble and repair components as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records such as vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and contribute to one of the largest fleets in North America.
