Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring a Fleet Mechanic to ensure the reliability of our fleet and support driver safety. You will perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence using state-of-the-art tooling and diagnostics.

Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing failures, disassembling and repairing parts, and maintaining vehicle records for a large North American fleet. You will work on various equipment from autos to heavy trucks and forklifts, with ongoing training and

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required.
• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, reaching.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must pass Forklift Driving Skills test if applicable.
• Knowledge of gas/diesel engines and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to service equipment.
• Work on Pepsi's fleet including autos, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose failures, disassemble and repair parts as necessary.
• Maintain documentation of vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and support a large fleet in North America.
