Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) seeks an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large, diverse fleet with independence and coaching as needed. You will diagnose, repair, and document work on heavy vehicles, light trucks, vans, and forklifts using modern PM tools and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools and ability to pass required tests.
• Experience with PMs, diagnostics, and repairs across heavy vehicles.
• Familiarity with OE platforms and diagnostic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and leading-edge tech for maintenance.
• Work on a diverse fleet including trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Prepare and maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and uphold PepsiCo safety standards.
• Develop repair capabilities for alternative fuels and EVs.
