Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active state driver’s license.
• Related maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Ability to utilize information technology.
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment, tools, and warranty processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Mobile Storage quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs, including removal/repair of flooring, tiles, roofs, walls, doors, leaks, caulking, windows, painting, filters, and more.
• Hook mobile office to power source.
• Check tire pressure and lugs.
• Complete assignments on time and within budget.
• Complete assignments as documented on Work Orders.
• Travel to customer sites to set office trailers and assist CDL A drivers when needed.
• Complete equipment modifications per manufacturer specifications and codes.
• Follow 5S guidelines; keep shop, yard, tools, and supplies organized and secure.
• Maintain cleanliness standards on every assignment.
• Store tools and supplies properly; keep yard debris-free.
