Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of Arcwood Transport's rolling fleet. You will plan daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards while coordinating with internal teams.

You will develop maintenance procedures, supervise technicians, manage budgets and parts inventories, and drive continuous improvement across our nationwide operations. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• MIG/TIG welding training (required).
• Airbrake assembly/repair, air conditioning and SCR engines training (required).
• CDL license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and plan maintenance activities for Arcwood Transport fleet.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure policy adherence.
• Develop and manage safe, productive workspace for Arcwood Transport or sub-contracted garages.
• Establish vendor relationships and manage parts inventory.
• Review expenses and ensure budget alignment; escalate as needed.
• Review or write maintenance manuals per DOT requirements.
• Plan schedules and priorities to meet dispatch obligations safely.
• Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance team; set shop hours.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

MIG/TIG welding training

Air conditioning training

SCR engines training

CDL license (preferred)
