You will coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections while scheduling operations to meet on-time performance and high standards.

The role requires shift work across nights, weekends, and holidays, with a leadership mindset to train and mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Shift work is required for all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background.
• HS Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule all operations to make sure buses operate on time and in exceptional condition.
• Coordinate any repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and all related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
