Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections to keep our fleet safe, reliable, and on time.

The role requires shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have strong supervisory experience in automotive/trucking/bus maintenance and a mechanical background. An HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background and hands-on maintenance exposure.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule operations to keep buses on time and in excellent condition.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
