Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in Duluth, GA, ensuring repairs, maintenance, and cleaning are performed efficiently. This role coordinates with maintenance staff to keep our fleet in top condition and on schedule.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or bus maintenance and a mechanical background. A HS Diploma or GED is required. Shift flexibility, including nights and weekends, is expected.

• Mechanical background is required.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure busses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule all operations to make sure busses operate on time and in excellent condition.
• Coordinate any repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and all related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
