Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Anaheim, CA to lead diesel technicians, maintain morale, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate preventive, mechanical, and electrical repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers, while managing recruitment and staff development.

The role requires 3–5 years of fleet maintenance leadership or 3 years of team management in results-driven environments, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or 3 years of team management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates/tech degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to undergo background check and drug screen.
• Adherence to DOT/OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, keeping a clean, safe environment.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
