Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Braintree, MA facility. You will coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance and oversee preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers.

You will hire, train, and develop technicians to sustain high performance and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3+ years of team management in metrics-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• Or at least 3 years of team management in a metric-driven environment.
• Must be able to travel within the district.
• Must comply with DOT and OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure safety and compliance of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
