Job summary

Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Team and coordinate repair, maintenance and cleaning operations across our fleet. Availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required.

As a leadership role, you will supervise staff, prioritize repair orders, and ensure buses remain safe, reliable and on time. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for a 10% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule operations to keep buses on time and in optimal condition.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
