Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Lubbock, TX to lead diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and maintain excellent customer service. You will manage preventative, mechanical, and electrical work on tractors, trucks, and trailers while building a skilled, high-performance team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3+ years of strong, metrics-driven team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred, or 3+ years of team management with strong metrics.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates/tech degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
