Mohr Talent is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Middletown truck garage, combining shop leadership with hands-on mechanical work to keep trucks, trailers, and equipment safe and ready for service.

The role requires hands-on diesel maintenance experience, strong diagnostic ability, and prior supervisory leadership. Expect on-site work with a focus on uptime, safety, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on diesel and heavy-truck maintenance experience.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and brake/engine knowledge.
• Experience leading a maintenance team or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspections, and DOT fleet requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with the team.
• Excellent communication and flexibility for off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize daily garage maintenance operations.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Perform and supervise truck and trailer repairs, including brakes.
• Coach technicians and monitor workmanship and accountability.
• Maintain service tickets, parts records, and vendor coordination.
• Identify equipment and safety concerns per DOT regulations.
• Communicate fleet status and priorities to management.
