Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor for Veolia Water New Jersey, Inc. (VWNJ). The role oversees a fleet of 400+ vehicles, coordinates maintenance, and ensures efficient, safe operation at the Hackensack site.

You will manage ASE-certified mechanics, track costs, and implement digital inventory controls while reporting KPIs to leadership. A CDL-B or higher and NJ inspector license within 1 year are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree in business management.
• 3–5 years of business experience required.
• 10+ years of automobile/truck service experience, 3 in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise VWNJ fleet maintenance and supervise ASE mechanics and shop staff.
• Track vehicle maintenance and repair costs per vehicle.
• Oversee the digital inventory system and parts pricing with SOPs.
• Prepare and present KPIs to the Transportation Manager monthly.
