Job summary

Veolia Water New Jersey, Inc. seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead the fleet maintenance team, overseeing a large fleet of cars, vans, and trucks. You will track maintenance costs, implement digital inventory controls, and train staff in WO Management and related systems.

The role requires deep experience in fleet services, ASE or CDL qualifications, and strong reporting and communication skills. Located at the Hackensack site with competitive benefits and a performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree in business management.
• 3-5 years business experience needed.
• Minimum 10 years of automobile/truck service and body up-fitting; 3 years of which are in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise VWNJ fleet maintenance work and supervision of the fleet assets.
• Track vehicle maintenance and repair costs per vehicle.
• Implement and ensure accuracy of the bar coded or digital inventory system.
• Oversee training of department personnel in the WO Management System.
• Manage and inventory control system during HXGN transition.
• Prepare and maintain KPIs; present monthly to Transportation Manager.
