Job summary

rabbittransit seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising the maintenance staff and ensuring repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of all vehicles meet required standards. You will enter and retrieve maintenance data from an automated Equipment Management Information System, estimate materials, and coordinate requisitions with the Maintenance Clerk, while enforcing policies in line with the CBA and laws.

Training is provided for necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent required.
• Prefer Associate's degree or graduate of a trade school in heavy-duty fleet maintenance.
• Strong computer and Microsoft applications proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure vehicle repairs, maintenance, and cleaning meet standards.
• Inspect work in progress and upon completion.
• Enter and retrieve maintenance data from an automated Equipment Management Information System; estimate materials and coordinate requisitions.
