Job summary

rabbittransit in Harrisburg, PA, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the repair, maintenance, and cleaning of the authority's fleet. You will lead a diverse team, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with CBAs and regulations while using the Equipment Management Information System.

The role requires strong English communication, two years of supervisory experience, and a solid background in heavy-duty fleet maintenance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or trade school preferred.
• Minimum two years of direct supervision of a diverse fleet maintenance staff.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to read/write reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff in repair, maintenance, and cleaning of authorities' vehicles.
• Inspect ongoing work and ensure standards are met.
• Enter and retrieve maintenance data from the Equipment Management Information System.
• Coordinate material requirements and requisition processes with Maintenance Clerk.
• Enforce policies aligned with CBA and applicable laws.
