Job summary

WM in Mineral Bluff, GA is seeking a working supervisor to lead two technicians in the maintenance shop starting at 7am. The role oversees day-to-day operations and ensures timely, quality repairs.

You will coach and develop staff, manage workflow, review repairs, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with safety policies. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• 4 years of relevant work experience beyond education requirements.
• Valid Driver's License required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work, monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and prepares work order documents.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Oversees coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Interprets and ensures adherence to safety regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.
