Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience in maintenance roles.
• Valid driver's license Upon Hire
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises maintenance work, monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and prepares work orders.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Oversees coaching, training, evaluating staff and handling disciplinary actions.
• Interprets and enforces safety policies and regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.
