Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation maintenance or fleet service writing.
• CDL Class B preferred.
• Experience with FMCSA-regulated passenger carriers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet drivers and create work orders for reported vehicle issues.
• Communicate repair status and service updates to operations teams.
• Track repeat defects and report recurring issues to management.
• Maintain service logs and ensure compliance with FMCSA standards.
