Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Mechanical Service Manager to lead daily operations, assign work orders to technicians, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will oversee service activities, drive productivity toward monthly revenue goals, and coordinate with branch and operations management while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on fleet maintenance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience directing service teams and workflows.
• Strong communication skills, with customer-facing abilities.
• Familiarity with maintenance safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receives, assigns, and monitors service work orders to technicians.
• Drive technician productivity toward monthly revenue goals.
• Maintain up-to-date employee files and certifications as directed.
• Support sales staff with service quotes and product look-ups.
• Oversee fleet work scheduling, tire analysis, and customer requests.
• Assist with warehouse duties and daily safety inspections.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures of the branch.
