Job summary

TopTech Fleet Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Assurance Coordinator in the United States to support our managed maintenance program for medium and heavy-duty fleets. You will be the primary contact for customers, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring maintenance services are coordinated effectively.

The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, reporting, and administrative tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in fleet maintenance administration or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with commercial fleets or transportation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries related to Fleet Assurance services.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities among customers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records, service documentation, and accounts.
• Prepare operational reports and service activity summaries.
• Support onboarding and documentation collection for customers.
• Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
