Job summary

Duininck Concrete, headquartered in West Central Minnesota, is seeking a fleet maintenance liaison to schedule, track, and execute repairs on heavy equipment. You will manage parts inventories, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and ensure accurate records are kept for audits and maintenance history.

The role requires experience in construction or heavy equipment maintenance, proficiency with CMMS, and strong organizational as well as communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS or scheduling software systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage Preventative Maintenance Program: receive repair requests, schedule work, estimate costs, communicate updates.
• Enter repair details into CMMS; log parts, attach work orders and quotes, track status.
• Assign technicians to work orders; monitor timelines; ensure safety requirements and PPE are included.
• Confirm repair completion and verify documentation and service records.
• Coordinate third-party vendor repairs, obtain estimates, monitor performance.
• Source and order parts and materials for servicing equipment and vehicles.
• Monitor shop inventory and reorder as needs change.
• Develop relationships with vendors and internal staff across departments.
