Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily Fleet Maintenance operations at designated facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance, parts inventory, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires a Class A CDL and several years of fleet maintenance experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation with incentives.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• 3–5 years experience in Fleet Maintenance required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in Automotive Management, Fleet Operations Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of direct reports; ensure staffing, training and evaluation.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs; cost-effective repairs.
• Generate capital refurbishment schedule based on need and funding.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure shop is stocked.
• Ensure fleet safety and regulatory compliance.
