Job summary

Sysco Raleigh, LLC is seeking an experienced fleet maintenance supervisor to manage the shop, oversee maintenance and safety, and guide staff through diagnosis and repair of the Sysco fleet. The role includes parts procurement, inventory management, asset tracking, and cost control via maintenance systems.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in fleet maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience in fleet operations.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily fleet maintenance operations and staff while ensuring safety.
• Oversees shop budget, parts inventory, and cost controls.
• Schedules preventive maintenance and inspections for all vehicles.
• Coordinates repairs with other departments and vendors as needed.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal safety programs.
• Reviews reports and implements efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
