Job summary

Sysco in Selma, NC is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead the fleet maintenance department, oversee the shop and staff, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will manage parts procurement, inventory, scheduling, and cost control, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company programs.

Requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant automotive certifications; Class A CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Automotive/maintenance certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet maintenance operations and shop safety.
• Handle labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Schedule maintenance and coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee parts inventory and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and company programs.
• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
