Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a maintenance supervisor to coordinate and supervise maintenance and repairs, ensuring progress, quality, and DVIR compliance. This role requires leadership of mechanics and strict safety adherence.

The position emphasizes PM scheduling, asset utilization, and ensuring safe, reliable fleet operations in a fast-paced environment. FCC promotes growth, training, and a strong safety culture across its teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanics and coordinating maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of the DVIR repairs process and prioritization.
• Ability to enforce safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all maintenance work and repairs, monitoring progress and quality.
• Review DVIR repairs and prioritize and assign repairs, ensuring the DVIR process is followed.
• Supervise mechanics including coaching and training.
• Ensure consistent application of safety regulations and policies.
• Assign PMs per the PM schedule and conduct quality inspections on PMs.
• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
• Manage effective utilization of vehicle assets and use vehicle management systems.
• Ensure maintenance shops are adequately staffed and mechanics are trained.
• Comply with FCC's safety standards and regulations to ensure safe operations.
• Perform other duties to keep the shop, employees and FCC successful, ethical, and safe.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and Five (5) years of relevant work experience.
